This set is designed for an age group that is often neglected in the golf industry. Teenagers are often given hand me down (often cut-down) sets, which are too stiff with outdated heads. Our set is designed to fit this age group properly, be durable for a little abuse, and make the game enjoyable for years to come. Most importantly our set is designed with adult style heads and quality. (Learn more about the quality castings used in this set which set it apart from other sets in our Materials Quality Section)MATERIALS QUALITY The irons, fairway woods and hybrids in our Teen Set are made out of the same materials which are used in Callaway, Taylor and most other name brand iron sets. They are cast using 431 stainless steel (irons) & 17-4 steel (fwy Wood/Hybrid) which provides a soft feel along with the most durable strength found in golf clubs. This quality steel allows for proper shaping for your shots, great feedback, and proper distance and accuracy versus other materials (zinc, aluminum, and alloys) This is a step above all Junior Sets and most adult starter sets as castings are more expensive to manufacture. We have provided some interesting photos of the casting process from our factory to show you the process which is very interesting and is called the Lost Wax Process. Notice the actual mold and the following steps: wax shape, sand application, firing of the sand tree, pouring of the stainless steel into wax tree, to the actual golf head. Linksman Golf has invested in our own molds and independent designs made easy to play and made with care.

These clubs are a great price for what is included, which is alot. My son will play with these for a few years, so they are well worth the money spent.
