Bought this $2 item as joke for my friend; thought it would be included with other items in shipment but was shipped separately at horrendous price ($7.95).

This simple device is a great help for those of us who don't bend as well as we used to. I have been using mine for 3 years, and bought some more for my age-challenged friends. I would recommend it for anyone who finds the ground a little further away than it used to be.
