I am a beginner using a hand me down Mizuno set but they are old and will need new shafts soon. I decided to get this set based on price and technology. The vast majority of the clubs are manufactured in China under +/-standard practices, these set has some titanium in their heads and graphite shaft, both a plus. I tried in the range the 3 wood, excellent, soft and easy; 5 iron, pretty hard; 7 iron, similar to the Mizuno in distance and weight, but with smaller head; driver, the sound is perfect, I need more practice but I think this could be a good drive for now; putter is excellent, heavy and you can feel what are you doing, and the hybrid, this is less friendly that the 3w. The bag is light, full of pockets, but narrow. No heads flying or broken clubs, few cosmetic scratches on the paint.I recommend this set for somebody in a budget or somebody interested in learn about the game or for learning purposes. In the long term?

I am happy with this purchase. Never heard of this brand before, i bought it strictly on price. The bag is durable good quality, and the clubs get the job done. My game is tight.
Great Starter Set August 16, 2007
I bought this set for my husband who is a rookie golfer. It is perfect for him as he learns to perfect his game. I love that it has the latest technology, is so complete, has lots of nice extras (club covers, rain cover, bag with a stand, etc.) and is such a great price! The clubs arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this product.

Good price for decent clubs. As a beginner I didn't want to spend to much on my 1st set in case I ended up not liking the game. I have been completely satisfied with the clubs thus far!

As a beginner, I purchased this set because it wasn't too high end yet I didn't think it was too cheap either. Was I wrong!! The driver's head snapped off after hitting no more than 5 balls, the first day I used them. The bag has also torn a bit. The driver has since been replaced with little hassle. However, the clubs are a good length and comfortable to use; I did not want to return them after playing with them.
